Q. How do I receive my tickets?
A. All tickets purchased from the FanRates.com shopping cart will be waiting for you at the event's will-call window/booth. All tickets purchased through partnered teams of FanRates.com will be able to receive their ticket through email and print them out.
Q. Why is my team/venue not available directly through FanRates.com?
A. FanRates.com is constantly adding new teams/venues to its inventory. If there is a specific team/venue that you would like to see added to the site, visit our contact page and let us know! For the time being, we strive to get you information on the cheapest ticket options that are available on the Internet.
Q. Where does your inventory come from?
A. All tickets sold on FanRates.com directly or through partnered teams come directly from the team's box office! Everything is processed by the team/venue, which means they are 100% authentic.
Q. Will ticket prices on FanRates.com fluctuate?
A. As stated above, all sales are final. Prices and availability may fluctuate throughout the course of a season and are subject to change. We promise to always give you the best offer we can and to remain consistent!
Q. Why do I only see section numbers?
A. All tickets on FanRates.com are sold by section locations only. For tickets bought directly on FanRates.com, the final section, row, and seat number will not be known until you receive your tickets. For teams with direct partnerships with FanRates.com, you will receive your locations during the checkout process. In either case, the earlier you buy, the better your chances are of being assigned a more desirable location.
Q. How much is your service fee?
A. Our service fee is 5% of the subtotal price in your shopping cart. On the other hand, partnered teams with direct links have fees that vary. Since we work directly with the team/venue, we are able to save on the delivery cost of tickets. Instead of keeping the savings for ourselves, we've decided to pass it along to our customers, giving us the lowest fees on the Internet!
Q. When do you stop selling tickets for a particular game?
A. Usually anywhere from 12-24 hours before a game is set to start. So if you find a deal that you like, purchase it before the day of the game. Otherwise, you will be missing out on a great price!
